HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: send an email
I am happy to provide you with a 15 minute free consultation where you and I can talk before you take the great leap! We will discuss your health goals, expectations, and any other questions you may have about the process and services I offer.
step 2: first session
In our initial session together, not only will I get to know you, (which is my favorite part) I will complete a personal/health assessment. This will allow me to create realistic goals and a meal plan that is specifically designed for you.
step 3: support
We all know how challenging it can be to start moving toward a new goal. Whether it be lack of motivation at times, or just questions on the meal plan and goals in general. I will be here every step of the way to help you become successful!
